I just bought this and installation was a snap… until I got to the page where you need a product registration code, which I don’t have. Not only did I never receive and email information about product registration code, there isn’t even any documentation in the manual about how to get one. What gives!

I was one of the first buyer of Ultimate Footer Ad, in fact I had installed it here on this blog with the help of the author.

I write him an e-mail through Customer Support and his team answered me in the next 24 hours.
But that was a few less than 1 year ago.

I had installed it on my blog, but when I changed the template I forgot to reinstall it.
If you need an help in something regarding installation, I can give you an hand as much as I can.

I never write about a product if I never tried it before.
So, if you need any help write to my e-mail, I will make my best to solve you problems.

But if they doesn’t answer, I will change my review with an update.
When I need to kick a****, I will make it !

This a good product that does exactly what I need it to do, but…

.. the support on this product absolutely STINKS. After attempting for six days to contact support, this is my final straw – I’m actually going to begin leaving a complaint on every day on every page that mentions ultimate footer ad until they get back to me. Here’s hoping.
